Munich, 13. September 2011: On September 1st, Markus Grundmann joined Munich based venture capital firm Target Partners as an Associate. Grundmann, who holds a masters in information management and earned an MBA from the University of Cambridge, will mainly be responsible for managing deal flow at Target Partners. He will also support the team by handling tasks related to Target’s portfolio companies.

I’m also looking forward to working closely with the firm’s portfolio companies,“ said Grundmann. Between 2005 and 2011, the 33-year old served as a consultant at Accenture GmbH. Prior to that, he worked for two years at IBM Deutschland GmbH and Pinnacle Systems Inc. “Markus Grundmann brings operative experience in consulting and software development for small, medium and large enterprises to the table. This will help him assess investments and support our portfolio companies,“ said Kurt Müller, Partner at Target Partners.
