Iris Ostermaier, Venture Partner, has more than 15 years’ experience as a CFO and CEO in the areas of media, retail and e-commerce, including growth management for both domestic and international companies.
Since 2010, Iris Ostermaier has been CEO of former Target Partners portfolio company 1-2-3.tv (sold in November 2016). Prior to that she was CFO at Entertainment Shopping AG, which runs the online auction platform Swoopo, where she rolled out the business in 7 countries.
From 2002 to 2007, Iris Ostermaier was CFO for Finance and Operations at Euvia Media AG & Co. KG, including their main TV stations 9Live und sonnenklar.TV. After their sale to ProSiebenSat.1 AG, she was significantly involved in the corporate integration and contributed to the international expansion of the business.
From 1994 until the early 2000s Iris Ostermaier was involved as Head of Controlling with the establishment of the German teleshopping market and the expansion HSE24, known then as Home Order Television.
Iris Ostermaier holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Passau.
