Sabine Scherer has more than 25 years of work experience, thereof around 13 years in HR within the venture capital industry. Her focus has been strategic topics such as team building and organizational development for start-ups in the tech space, covering all phases from seed to exit. Since 2003 Sabine has worked closely with founder teams of VC-backed start-up companies and their investors. Since 2016 Sabine has been advising our portfolio companies in all matters relating to HR and talent management. Sabine built her know-how and network during 8 years in sales & marketing with J.P. Morgan Investment Management in Frankfurt, London and New York as well as 2 years with Allianz Asset Management in Munich. Since 2014 Sabine has been a certified Systemic Business Coach (SBC® / dvct).
